The Vega Aixalá winery is a family dream. Founded in 2003 after recovering and rebuilding an old grandfather's vineyard, on the outskirts of Vilanova de Prades. Harvested by hand using a highly artisanal process. They opt for aging in amphorae and oak barrels to enhance the personality of each of their wines, intervening as little as possible. Limited production.
Monovarietal white wine from white Garnacha aged in amphorae for 4 months. Maceration for 8 days with the skins. Without additives. Orange color, on the nose it reminds of baked white fruit (apple), on the palate good acidity and tension.
Freshness, depth and good aromatic complexity, citrus and tropical fruit notes are mixed with floral notes and some herbaceous touches.
