The Vega Aixalá winery is a family dream. Founded in 2003 after recovering and rebuilding an old grandfather's vineyard, on the outskirts of Vilanova de Prades. Harvested by hand using a highly artisanal process. They opt for aging in amphorae and oak barrels to enhance the personality of each of their wines, intervening as little as possible. Limited production.
Natural white wine from organic farming, made outside the Denomination of Origin from the Roussanne variety of vineyards planted at high altitudes at about 900 meters in Licorella costers. Soft, natural and fresh yellow color, floral notes intermingle with notes of stone fruit, peach, and pear. On the palate it is soft, with volume and a good balance between acidity and weight.
