Meet David Carreras - the man behind Pell Ceràmica.

He discovered clay in 2016, at a moment of his life when he needed to disconnect from personal problems. The first time he played and created something starting from a small ball of clay I felt in love with it. Then he took a lathe class and understood it will be a long term relationship! He kept practicing at home in Castelldefels since he bought a lathe.

Several years passed, the pandemic arrived and he decided to quit his job and put himself at 100% with the project Pell Ceràmica. David is passionate about the dynamism and the delicacy of the lathe. He works with high temperature stoneware and his current clients are mainly from restoration although he loves bringing his pieces to people homes.
