Xino Xano is Cyclic’s spring and summer beer. They use a traditional brewing method for a Berliner Weisse beer: 50% organic belgian malted barley, 25% malted belgian wheat and 25% spanish flaked wheat. The beer is co-fermented with Cyclic’s home grown yeast and lactic acid bacteria; then topped off with an addition of “dry-hop”.
Notes: slightly acidic, tropical and refreshing, perfect to quench your thirst. Best enjoyed after a long bike ride or on the beach!
