This colourful beer is inspired by Jamaica Water: a typical mexican drink that is both sweet and sour. Its unique flavors are made by 100% Belgian malt Pilsner with 4kg of hibiscus added to the tank at 93º for 30 minutes before the knockout. Co-fermented with lactic bacteria and Cyclic’s home grown yeast mixture. Cyclic uses both the skin and juice from oranges grown on the family plot.
