This single origin coffee from Panama is grown by Giorgio Babos on Finca La Providencia. It has a unique profile thanks to the ‘Static Cherry’ fermentation process in which the coffee beans are fermented in airtight containers for 120 hours and then sundried for 7 days. Temperature, the lactic acid in the cherries and the relatively short fermentation process all influence the intense vitality of the taste. The coffee beans are selected by Creativa Coffee District, a group of pioneering coffee lovers that want to change the coffee industry using contemporary art as a tool.
